+ Although my single room was small, I was very comfortable. The location was perfect, the breakfast was excellent, my room was always kept very clean, the staff was very friendly and the overall service from all the staff members was great. I stayed for 17 nights and they made me feel as if I were in my own home . They were consistently very helpful in giving me the best directions with mapped out instructions for all the places I needed to go to.

+ Very nice staff, a cheap and allright hotel with a great location.
- The rooms could have been cleaner, and the shower was unstable(hot-cold-hot-cold). Some of the towels had holes, but who cares.

+ Our room was quite large and had a wonderful view of the canal and busy street below. The room was very clean and well stocked. Staff was very friendly and helpful, giving us a map upon our arrival and detailing points of interest around the city. And the location was perfect, right in the center of everything! Very good value for money spent!
- Nothing much to complain about, the breakfast was pretty simple, but it was free so.......

+ clean, spacious and comforatble room, seems to have revonated recently. breakfast is great. staff are friendly too! very close to train station.
- a little bit noisy at night as it's right next to the red light district. no lift! if you want to use their computer, check if your language could be displayed. it doesn't display chinese.

+ Right near central station, good for being able to get everywhere easily. Nice views over the canal. Kind, helpful staff. Reasonably clean interior. They gave me a double bed instead of the single. Breakfast was served til 10am. Hotel happy to hold luggage for you when you check out if you have a late flight.
- Tiny room with no wardrobe or drawers and bathroom is on other side of corridor. No in-room tea/coffee facilities. A lot of money for a very basic room with a very basic breakfast. Even though it is right in the RLD and centrally situated I would not have paid more than £25 a night... It was £45 a night with this website's discount, inc Breakfast and City Tax. (In Blackpool in August I paid £25pn inc cooked breakfast with en-suite bathroom) Not as swish as the pictures, but it wasn't really bad, just depends on what you want... If you are out all the time it's fine.
