+ I've been coming to this hotel once or twice a year for about 5 years. Excellent location - quiet but very near restaurants and museums; city centre just 10-15 minutes away. The rooms are spotless. The new management are extremely cordial and helpful.
- No lift, so the climb can be tiring if you're on the top. Other than that, none.

+ The staff here is the best that you can ask for, specially the 2 gentleman that deals with the customers. It was one of the best places to stay in our trip.

+ We had an apartment for one night and loved the size of the rooms.Very comfortable and clean. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Good location.
- Stairs leading up to the apartment were the steepest we have ever seen!
