+ Great location for museums in Amsterdam, quiet area, lots and lots of dining nearby, tram just a minutes walk away, very clean and bright rooms, staff tries hard so A for effort, pretty good breakfast (except coffee)
- short breakfast hours an extra hour would be better
,should learn how to make a bed at least without wrinkles, didn't change sheets in five days, shower only most rooms, need to add flowers to the bud vases on the breakfast table; otherwise, why bother? finally; horrible coffee, try harder

+ Lovely and clean. Excellent advice about where to go in amsterdam from the hotel staff. Good location for the cheap price we paid to stay in the hotel. Would definately stay there gain.
- Slightly cold in the winter months- could have been a bit more generous with the central heating!

+ What can I say? This was ideal for me and my 3 friends (All 18yrs old). We had the quad room, which is downstairs, in a sort of converted cellar, very nicely decorated, comfortable with large bathroom for the 4 of us. Also allows smoking (of all sorts hehe)! A perfect base for us to centre our holiday around 10/10!
- It's a bit of a walk to the centre of Amsterdam and the breakfast is a little basic... but this shouldn't put anybody off!

+ Sweeties at bottom of stairs. Good location in relation to Albert Cuyp and Leidesplein, close to public transport. Great Service, including luggage "look after" facility after we checked out.
- Chipped tiles in shower cubicle.

- No Lift, 5 flights of stairs to our rooms,no help to carry bags up the stairs, booked one twin room and 1 double room and got 2 double rooms so my mother and my daughter had to share a double bed

+ Most of the other hotels in this price range did not have breakfast included. The breakfast was good, fresh, and sufficient to start the full touristic day with.
- As I have no problem with stairs I found his hotel perfectly fine, staying on the first floor. These stairs, though, are quite steep, and I think it is important for guests to know that most rooms are on the upper floors and no elevator!

+ It is very convenient that the hotel locates just 5 minutes walking from the museum park. There is also a tram station very close to the hotel.
The man at the reception desk in the mornings (after breakfast) was very friendly.
- I've stayed there for 7 nights and i think that the bed's sheets were changed only once.But the rest of the room and the bathroom was cleaned every day. Single guests like me, where placed for breakfast in round tables with other singles and the other tables were kept for couples and families. It was a litle strange to have breakfast on the same table with people that nobody knew nobody...
