+ Good location and reasonably quiet. Reception staff very polite and helpful - recommended a fantastic local Indonesian restaurant and made a reservation on our behalf. The hotel was nicely decorated and modern and clean.
- Would have liked a canal view.

+ Close to Waterlooplein market, Chinatown and the Red-Light District. Close enough to the Waterlooplein metro (which is 2 stations away to the Central Station for tram connections to other sights in Amsterdam. Waterlooplein station is also along the metro line to/from Amstel station where the Eurolines buses are located.
- Nothing serious to not worth considering as a viable accommodation option in Amsterdam where hotel prices are extremely expensive.

- The air-condition was really loud in this room. The breakfast was ok, but not very special.

+ Very friendly, helpful staff. Good sized room with good sized, very clean, showerroom.
- This is not the hotels fault but the street outside was stacked with rubbish over whole weekend, which had been put out for collection on Monday, so it was quite unpleasant walking past it to and from the hotel.

- Unfortunately there was dried urine on the toilet seat, it looks it has not been cleaned but covered with the papercover. This was really disapointing! Please give me feedback.
