+ Free transportation from and to Schipol is helpful for travellers even sometimes is too full.
- No potable water in every room that the Asians especially the Indonesian not accustom to drink from water taps.

+ value for money in terms of the cost of the hotel, I was also impressed with the bus service to and from the airport.
signage for the hotel facilities did not jump out at me as been user freindly.
- I requested a double room with two single beds, on entering the room the beds were next to each other requiring me to seperate them! Also the room size is limited at this hotel

+ Hotel is very neat and clean and reasonably priced. The shuttle service to the airport is excellent.
- The only real negative is the smoking allowed in the lobby, but I assume this is still a European custom.

+ Very cosy bar with excellent service, also the french restaurant is very good.
- The rooms are quite small and difficult to move around in, as 2 suitcases had to be put on the floor around the bed. The hotel being located near the airport and also called "Ibis Airport Hotel" they should take in mind that they receive travellers with luggage!!

Hotel Ibis Amsterdam Airport is a 3-star hotel near the important major roads leading to Amsterdam (A4/A9) and close to Amsterdam Airport Schiphol. For its hotelguests it offers ample parking space. If travelling by train, your stop will be the Schiphol Airport Station. Its friendly bar serves drinks from 5:00 p.m. until 1:00 a.m. A perfect place to talk over the day or enjoy an appetizer before dinner. You can also enjoy a relaxing game of pool or darts. The lobby offers a shop, called Number 8 (a shop for books and souvenirs). The hotel also has a launderette where guests can do their own laundry.
