- pay for parking. UMTS connection very poor., Very expensive breakfast ( 15 euro ). without bacon ! Not possible to get fresh orange juice. Small room. Shower without shower gel ! only shampoo.

+ Room very comfortable, breakfast was great and they really did attend to your request within 15 minutes. Highly recommended.
- Room was a little small (mainly due to having a child's bed in there as well) but definately livable in.

+ Nothing wrong with Ibis. Unfussy but clean and friendly service from everyone. The room was all you want it to be with a comfortable bed and a good shower. Breakfast was more than a match for many more expensive establishments. Great value all round and only 10 minutes from the city centre
- sound insulation could be better and the car parking charges are a bit naughty at over 11 euros a night - considerably higher than the advertised rate!

+ Double doors between room and corridor. A big plus in an airport hotel! The shuttle bus arrangement was also good, once I found the stop at the airport.
- I was ill the evening and next day after the stay, so the buffet breakfast is a possible suspect for food poisoning.

Hotel Ibis Amsterdam Airport is a 3-star hotel near the important major roads leading to Amsterdam (A4/A9) and close to Amsterdam Airport Schiphol. For its hotelguests it offers ample parking space. If travelling by train, your stop will be the Schiphol Airport Station. Its friendly bar serves drinks from 5:00 p.m. until 1:00 a.m. A perfect place to talk over the day or enjoy an appetizer before dinner. You can also enjoy a relaxing game of pool or darts. The lobby offers a shop, called Number 8 (a shop for books and souvenirs). The hotel also has a launderette where guests can do their own laundry. You can park your car here for a longer period, see below. In the à la carte restaurant, L'Estaminet, dinner is served from 5:30 p.m. until 10:30 p.m. The comfortable atmosphere is suitable for a business meeting or an intimate dinner.
