+ Cost was good. Room was clean.
- The length of time each person has to wait to be served when checking in. I stood for 20 minutes waiting. Quite unheard of. First time I've stayed in a room with no jug to make a cup of coffee.

- stupid unfriendly reception, wants to cnxl conf reservation, despite I flw all instrx during booking + gave notification, highly unpleasant....... Shuttle to airport is working as advertized, its late and overfull.

+ I can only say that anyone staying at the hotel Ibis will be very satisfied with all aspects from customer service to comfort during your stay. All the staff are very helpful and thoughtful they make you feel at ease from entering the hotel to leaving I have stayed in numerous hotels in Amsterdam around the airport the Ibis for me is the best. Regards to all staff and management very well done Mr L Newton

+ Personel were helpful when having problems at the hotel, Had to switch rooms 2 times due to strong smoke odor, and they accommodated Good restaurants at the hotel Shuttle to the airport
- Room smelled strongly to cigarrete, even though the room was a not smoking room, had to change twice rooms due to smell. No free Internet

- I asked for help with the wireless internet problem I had in my room and they never got back to me - very poor considering the motto is "fixed in 15 minutes". as a business traveller, the internet is crucial for the success of my work.
