+ The hotel was a bit pricey for a small room but the services was excellent and clean,too.The location was great, pretty close to the city center and just beside the train station.The staff at the reception were polite and really helpful and were willing to extend their help with all your needs.They even got a copy of the receipt from the hotel where i stayed in berlin.Thanks alot guys, i'm sure i'll be back.

+ Location
- Hotel was very expensive €170 per night & no breakfast, We syated in the Marriot in downtown Brussels 4* for €119 including breakfast. In my opinion breakfast should have been included.

+ Good location to the centre and reasonably priced rooms.
- Breakfast is over priced for the standard served. Beds are creaky and we had to change rooms 3 times during our stay.

- we were disappointed that a dinner was not available. We understood from the info on the internet that there was a dining room.

+ We were able to get into the room before the advertized time. The room was clean and quiet.
- The bed squeaked and moved on the hardwood floor. Difficult to read in bed because each time you move, so does the bed and comes away from the wall. An extra blanketand pillows would have been nice, also a tea kettle in the room for making tea.

+ Modern Hotel, nice rooms
- Staff were pretty rude, hotel room wasn't properly clean and drinks available in the bar/snack area were far too expensive. Complete rip-off. Very unhappy and I am unlikely to stay again at an Ibis
