+ Hotel was in a great location and the rooms were very neat and clean.
- When I got to the hotel my reservations had been lost but luckily i had printed out a copy of the confirmation and reservation. Eventually the hotel did come up with a solution and the issue was resolved

+ Lots of space for little money. Great location. Complimentary kitchen supplies.
- The sofa were not nice at all. We put blankets over it because the fabric was so scratchy.
As the front desk was always very busy, we felt that we did not get a lot of service. We usually had to wait to be served and then the people were very busy.

+ The musical equipment, location, big rooms.
- Good day! The room has not been cleaned when we have come there after checkin. Staff has cleaned a room in 2 hours and two our calls. The manager has visited us and has apologized.

- Bathtub does not have a non-slip surface
Room service tray not picked up. Even after I asked to have it picked up it sat outside my door for three DAYS - it was still sitting there the day I checked out.

NH Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky is located in the heart of Amsterdam's characteristic old centre. Trend-setting shopping streets are just around the corner just as cultural tours de force such as the Royal Palace, 'Beurs van Berlage' and the 'Nieuwe Kerk'. The hotel has 468 rooms, of which 36 fully fitted apartments are located in restored listed buildings adjoining the hotel.
