+ The location is in the middle of Amsterdam. The apartments have a kitchen which is very convenient.
- The apartments are located on a noisy alley which is not kept clean. The apartments are not airconditioned. They have old furniture and carpeting. They are equipped with a washer/dryer in one unit which takes forever to work. The apartments are too close to the red light district. The hotel charges exorbitant rates for WiFi. This is a review of the apartments, not the main hotel.

- Small problem at checkin. I was told by my credit card company that the hotel, or their bank did not follow proper procedure. Although the Hotel staff did work to resolve this.

- Not Free parking in a 5 star hotel is a big minus parking is alot of ¤ extre per day! Not completely free wireless internet in rooms during stay.

+ We all appreciated a clean, spacious and well-equiped room at the best price I ever found in Amsterdam. We'll Defenitely return to your hotel for the next stay. I recommended your hotel to many of my friends.
- It was a bit noisy in the evening by the people at the bar and some jankies singing loudly outside. Well, nothing can be perfect if it's at the best location.

+ Hotel was in a great location and the rooms were very neat and clean.
- When I got to the hotel my reservations had been lost but luckily i had printed out a copy of the confirmation and reservation. Eventually the hotel did come up with a solution and the issue was resolved

+ Lots of space for little money. Great location. Complimentary kitchen supplies.
- The sofa were not nice at all. We put blankets over it because the fabric was so scratchy. As the front desk was always very busy, we felt that we did not get a lot of service. We usually had to wait to be served and then the people were very busy.

- Good day! The room has not been cleaned when we have come there after checkin. Staff has cleaned a room in 2 hours and two our calls. The manager has visited us and has apologized.

The Junior Apartments have a seperate living room and a bathroom with a shower and/or bath and toilet. These apartments overlook the Summer Garden.
The Business apartments have the same facilities as the Junior apartments, but they offer more space. These apartments have a view of the Summer Garden. On request and at an additional charge the hotel offers Business Superior apartments with a canal view.
