+ very clean and the location suited us a lot.
- The hotel was very nice, but the only 'minus' point was the bedroom was very small, especially compared to the rooms advertised on the internet.

+ Staff at front desk and in lounge/bar was very nice. We appreciated that!
- HUGE MINUS- small but incredibly annoying. On the info sheet for the hotel and the sheet in the room it said there would be a coffee-maker or thing for boing hot water available on request. We were told that this was not something we could have in our room. This was really irritating. We did not want a full breakfast, we wanted coffee w/out having to get dressed and go downstairs and we started our days before service was available downstairs. At least one morning they took pity on one of us and made a coffee before the hours of service - I am talking like 7-7:30 am. Also your breakfast service is quite overpriced

- during our stay we had a problem, and the director of the hotel promised help to us, but it was just nice words, nothing was done, just he lies to us, and this is not good
