- The room temperature was not good at all as it was cold. The heating system was working but did take a lot of time to put the room at the right temperature.

+ The receptionist volunteered to check our flight times with our airlines for us. We appreciated this service very much as well as the free shuttle to the airport.
- The restaurant menu included a hamburger with a fried egg on it, but the egg was missing when my husband was served. No explanation was provided. However, the desserts were delicious.

+ I like the shuttle service to and from the airport. Once checked in I was able to take the shuttle back to the airport and then take the train to Amsterdam thus avoiding paying expensive taxi charges.

Mercure Hotel Amsterdam Airport is a modern hotel, between Amsterdam Centre, Schiphol Airport, the RAI conference centre and the World Trade Centre. The RAI conference centre or Amsterdam downtown is only 15 minutes away by taxi. There is a direct public transport Connexxion to the city centre and the RAI conference centre. From the hotel it is only 2 minutes to the highway A4 Amsterdam - The Hague, therefor other cities and the centre of Amsterdam are easy to reach. The hotel has enough parking space for 350 cars. All 152 rooms, including 6 suites, are recently redecorated and provided with air-conditioning, hairdryer, minibar, telephone, modem connection and TV.
