- The shuttle bus has limited number of seats. I could barely get the last seat when I left early in the morning.

+ It is good price and good location to the airport from where we could travel to downtown and keukenhof. Breakfast was really good.

+ The mini bus service was excellent and we would use a Mercure Hotel again, however the next time
we would go for a City Centre Hotel in
Amsterdam.
We found the staff to be extremely polite and helpful
- we found the promised tea / coffe making facilities in the room were not there and we had to ask for a kettle, coffee, sugar etc.
The Hotel was a little to far from Amsterdam centre for us - so this meant a lot of travelling,which was not ideal as we were there for 2 days only.

- The breakfast was very good. Maybe you can offer a bus service to the city centre. the airpot bus is not enough, because it takes a lot of time to get the city. And we had problems with a few taxi drivers, about trip fare, specially by nigth.

+ Polite and helpful staff in hotel.
- A smoke from a smoking floor became to the nonsmoking floor. Too much smoke after all. In the restaurant could have been more alternatives in the menu.

+ The Location was great, the morning breakfast was very nice and everyone was very nice to us also. We like the uniqueness of the boat setting. Also, traveling as 2 women (myself and my daughter) we felt very safe there.
- Room was small but we expected that. Not really a problem.

The RAI conference centre or Amsterdam downtown is only 15 minutes away by taxi. There is a direct public transport Connexxion to the city centre and the RAI conference centre.
