+ Very clean rooms, wonderful bed. Bartender very friendly and informed us that we could order food from him. Very nice shuttle bus driver,convenient to and from the airport. Good price.
- The girls at the desk were not very friendly, we were put in a room very far from the elevator and we had tons of luggage. The pillows were awful. No coffee/tea maker in the room. Resturant not open on the weekend.

+ Reception staff friendly and hotel was clean.
- The restaurant staff were exceptionally poor, they were abrupt and unpolite, it took over 45 mins to get served and corses between meals took too long. They even forgot to bring my wifes meal!! Other guest complained also but received little by way of an apology.

- Shuttle to the airport was overcrowded more than once. In the morning they agree to pay a normal taxi directly, in the evening they told me after having waited for 45 minutes that the hotel NEVER pays extra-taxis. Afterwards another employee agrees after further complaints of other hotel guests to pay the taxi (around 30¤ from the airport)... poor service also in other regards...

+ Otherwise convenient with friendly staff.
- Shuttle service should really begin earlier (before 6 am). Had to take a 20 euro taxi ride to check in for my 6.30 am flight.

+ I appreciated the effort made by the hotel to send an email to warn their guests up-front on the cancellation of complimentary shuttle bus service on Christmas. However, the mistake was on the incorrect information.
- I am very disappointed that the shuttle bus service was stopped during christmas. One of the strength of the hotel that is recommended by many, is the complimentary & efficient shuttle bus. Without this, the hotel's location became an issue. What makes me even more disappointed was the incorrect information given by the hotel. The mentioned nearest bus stop to the hotel, was actually another bus stop 15-20 mins away by bus. I wasted time looking for the correct bus stop & asking around.

- few days before our visit, I was informed that the shuttle was not availaible. you sent me the bus number ans the station "near" of the hotel. It was a very bad joke, as you said that the hotel was at 200 m from the bus station. We walked 30 min with 20kg of luggage in the middle of nothing. It was very far, and you can imagine in december, with heavy luggage. Your team was kind and they tried to repair the situation. I was very upset because I travelled with my professionnal computer and you know that IBM (my company) is very demanding regarding the security...

+ Free shuttle bus service to/from Schipol. Large room and very friendly staff.
- The front of the hotel was a construction site but there wasn't any actual work going on, so no noise.
