+ small but very modern, clean and pleasant room + bathroom
- climatization : if not put on it is too hot, if we put on, it gest too cold to sleep + noisy no good tv channels to look at restaurants around close early so you have to anticicipate if you want to eat something warm not well indicated in the airport (I had too ask) not practical inside a terminal as we have to got out again to book in on the following day

+ It is located in the airport
- Price is ridiculously high for the stay from 20:00 till 8:00. In all other hotels of the world check-in time is 15:00 pm. Here it is 20:00. For extra 5 hours we paid +50 euro. Total was 145 euro, i.e. about $200. For this amount we had 5* All included hotel in Cancun.

+ Very clean, easy to find, no hassles, not too expensive.
- The wireless connection did not work for me (Mac user), so I had to pay extra to access the web via the airport web connection. There is a thumping vibration that begins just as the early morning check in begins below--it has to be associated with doors or something, but it detracts from the general quiet of the room.

+ Very little to say
- I approached the reception at 0700 hours after an overnight flight from Dammam Saudi Arabia by KLM on 22 September and politely requested to check in . I wass shocke dto be informed that I can only check in at 2000 hours at night. I was told thi sis a NOT a day hotel. Waht about a refund. SORRY you should read on the internet. My booking did NOT show any such information. In brief I am very very upset and saddened by this approach to rip off customers. I will spread the word about htis hotel and this site to my company employees who number 50,000 at Aramco.

+ Friendly and knowledgeable front desk staff, along with clean and quiet room provided a pleasant stay, which was very convenient to my travel arrnagements
- Furnishings and decor were simply functional, although TV service was not extensive. Listening to music or being able to set an alarm radio were missed items, but I do not own an I-pod or similar devices which are becoming common.
