+ The room was great. I did not make a special request but got a room with a great view. There were computers/internet free for the guests in the lobby. I also like the fact that their international / long distance phone call charges in the room were cheap compared to many rental cell phones and phone cards. There were no connection fee or anything. Other than getting to it at the first night, I had no complaint about the hotel. However, the comfort and the view of the room were worth it. I will definitely stay there again.
- The hotel was a little tricky to get to, and it was not very close to the central areas. It was within walking distance...just more walking than I would like especially in a cold windy day.

- A little isolated from the action of Amsterdam. ¤10-15 for a taxi, or an easy 30 minute walk to the red light district.
