+ Great hotel and service - free upgrade to a junior suite.

- Express checkout would be nice.

+ hotel is very nice and front desk and concierge sercie excelent.

- Theairconditioning was not effecive and caused the room to be too hot especially in the evening .
Two bed covers on a king size bed is very ineffective for a couple. the range of foods for breakfast were too small in the business lounge.

- We stayed two nights but did not get our room cleaned.

+ Its a very fresh hotel and spacious. Interiors are nice.

- Their 'Travel desk' is a complete mess. Don't rely on them for arranging Taxi, you may end up lossing your flight!
Their shuttle service(to station) is unreliable and should be avoided as far as possible. Instead metro station is just walking distance.

+ None

- hotel is not near central station. 10 mins away. In the middle of no-where. Had no lights in the morning when we woke and it took 2 hours to sort out. Prepared to compensate only half.

+ Most of the staff that we encountered were rude, could not understand simple questions or requests and simply had no idea what was going on. There was bit of an attitude problem going on. We had 3 people staying in our room. 2 people for 2 nights and 3 people for 3 nights. On the last night with the 3rd person We were given 2 towels and no extra bed linen for the sofa bed. Fair enough but then when we called reception to ask them on late saturday night to bring extra bed linen and a towel up - they didn't! Too far out and in the middle of nowhere.

- The room and bathroom were lovely. We had a great view over the city and harbour. Pillows etc were really comfy. Interior was great and it was very clean.

+ Very clean and well kept. Stellar restaurant. Beds and Bath very comfortable.

- 'Close to the central train station' but a little off the beaten path. Construction around the entrance was distracting. I would not have stayed here if the website discount was not offered.

- There was no Internet access at all in the whole hotel and no refund or make good was offered.

+ a very special mention for the young restaurant manager who did a great job
She kept people calm in the breakfast room while tons of water pouring in.

- unfotunate, we had a major leakage 3 weeks after opening of the hotel. More a construction problem than a management issue, of course

+ Staff were friendly and helpful and service was always very good. the bar was above average for hotel bars with an excellent choice of drinks (including cocktails) and the bar food was high quality

- Restaurant is well laid out and furnished and the dinner menu reads very well but we were a little disappointed with the bland food. I think they need to employ some Asian chefs.

+ central location with good parking facilities

- there was uncertainty about the parking facilities , if it was free or not; the reception desk solved it in a good way. access is not easy
