+ Travelled as the head of a group of 14 males allowed to check in early on arrival 10.30am massive plus point saved carrying luggage about til 3pm website check in time. Staff at check in very helpful and friendly. Hotel was immaculatly clean with wonderful facilites had a look at the gym and sauna etc didnt get to use time too prohibitive but it looked excellent.Reception and bar area very good. reception had a small orchestra plying on the moning we left - nice touch! Lovely rooms clean, spacious and with good facilities. Very nice view from our room across the water. All within our group werer very impressed with the hotel and said they would stay again and recommend to others - this is the highest praise you could possibly recieve. Only stayed 1 night wish we had been in a position to stay longer, would love to return with my wife some time in the future. This hotel is worth every 1 of its 4 stars and more.
- No real minus points if i were forced to be critical the outside appearance of the hotel could have been better it looked like they were still developing the paths and roads when completed i would not see this as a problem

+ Brand New hotel, so everything is new from the down pillows to the bathroom fixures. Great View. We also got a free Junior Suite upgrade.
- Although the hotel is near the center, it is not IN the center. We stayed at Victoria Hotel the first 2 nights which was excellent in location but paled in comparison to the comfort and aesthetics of the Moevenpick.

+ Perfect Hotel inside, actually enjoyed being in my room, very nicely finished, spotless, nice breakfast.
- Downside of the hotel is its location, it's not ideal for walking to and from late at night as is a 10-15 minute extramly dark walk from the railway station, or the same along the canals past the Botel, I would also mention was that although nice to have tea and coffee making facilities, if you like a cup of coffee take your own, I asked repatably for coffee and never had any for 2-3 days I was there, was left with tea instead - remember and use your room entry card to work the lifts, I was rather upset at the lifts not working for 10 minutes until another guest showed me how it works.
