+ I like it, because it's in the very city center!
- I didn't like the behavior when we come, because they were very rude and didn't wanted to understand that there was some miss understending about the money! They didn't wonted to accept the money just for 2 days and the after this 2 days, the rest of the money. But than we save the situation. And i didn't like the room service, because it's very expensive but you get almost nothing for this money. But anyway it was ok, we didn't ordering any more from room service. We have a great time!

+ the location was great, rooms were quite tidy.generally a nice hotel for a short get away.
- pay tv is annoying especially wen you have paid enough for the room and there is no kettle so tea from the room service gets quite expensive. rooms small but liveable for 2 days.

+ Great location close to central station and a few metres from coffee shops etc. very polite and helpful staff, clean room with good facilities. stayed in several hotels in amsterdam and definitel one of the nicest and cleanest for a budget visitor.
