- - had to pay 5¤ to have our luggage kept for 3 hours on the departure day;
- streets are very noisy at night.

- For such a price per night, I find crazy that you ask 5¤ to leave our luggage for the last day before going back home, and 10¤ per day for wireless internet is really excessive. This kind of services are normally free in high quality hotels.

+ Very close to train station and easy to get around the city from this point as well, plenty of breakfast choice, very polite and friendly staff
- Extremely strong smell of lingering smoker in room, constantly.Really bad night mosquito problem - in cold october??! expensive considering breakfast not included. Quite a dingy room - more like a cheap b+b. No kettle in room, water only lukewarm in dining area so tea/cofee not very nice - important when you're English!!

+ The location is excellent, we found one of the staff very helpful and pleasant, always ready to help and always smiling , he booked us in the day we arrived and took good care of us .
- Minus points has to be the day we checked out , i left an expensive zip up sweater behind in my room , i returned to ask for it and it had gone , after being told over and over that the house keeping staff were honest and been with you a long time and maybe i had left it behind in a bar /coffee shop .
I knew i had left it in the room and after searching the rubish ect ....
My sweater was found with the maids , they knew thety had taken it out of the room as it was hanging in the cupboard in the room , one of them removed it , this upset my stay but i was happy to have it back as i said it was expensive .
The manager offered us drinks but we were already late for our flight home
