+ Location was the primary reason I booked this hotel. I just had a short stay in Amsterdam and wanted to maxamize the time by using a central location.
- The safe in the hotel did not work using the credit card process. For such a good hotel I was disappointed in this.

+ very nice location near flower market. you can go anywhere in centrum by walk. the housekeeping was very well done the arrival day.
- the room is a bit little the housekeeping was done only the arrival the others days they don't even pass the aspirator but they made the bed ...

+ very good situation in the centre of Amsterdam. Parking of hotel : just near the hotel. Very easy. Professionnal staff. Good service of the "doorkeeper". Breakfast of good qwality.
- Staff does not speak nor French (but that is ok) but nor Nederland (?) - strange in Nerderland ! Room a little bit too small but with good equipment.

+ The desk service at reception was very good.
- Our room was cleaned very late in the day (after 3:00 pm) and I had an additional charge put to my credit card after checking out for $20.00 that I am currently investigating.
