+ Amsterdam was having a heat wave when we were there and the hotel staff was very nice to provide us with a fan. We really appreciated that gesture.

+ The location, the breakfast, the rooms and the staff are all great and I would recommend satying here.
- I have stayed here before and have spoken to the Hotel the day before regarding my reservation but on 3 consecutive checkins I have been given an unsuitable room, even with a stay of 7 days or more, it has been sorted out, but a lack of communication seems apparent.

+ The location of the hotel was excellent and the Indonesian lady working at the breakfast buffet was kind,helpful and a credit to your hotel.
- We were given two single beds instead of the double that we had booked. we were downgraded to a smaller room and had to complain to gain a better standard of room.As we were paying over 100 pounds sterling per nignt - this was a dissapointing service and the senior staff were unhelpful.

+ I highly recommend NH City Centre, especially if you seek a quiet, clean hotel in a central location. Wij hebben een heel goede tijd gehaad!
- The only minus is the price, which is only a minus if a tight budget is required. The value per dollar spent is extremely high.

+ Excellent location, great having the ice machine and vending machines available. Liked the lounge/reception areas which were nice and spacious. Housekeeping was unobtrusive which was great.
- We were very impressed with the hotel, but did find it expensive and this would probably prevent us staying here again unless there were special offers available.
The website indicated that all superior rooms had a view over the city. We paid for a superior room but did not have a room with a view. Although the room was nice, it did not appear to be any better than any of the others, so I am not sure what we were paying extra for.

+ One of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. Great location, yet a very quiet hotel. Plenty of space in the room - plenty of floorspace & headroom. Having 2 toilets was very nice. A great hotel! I will be back!
