+ Location excellent and reception service very good.
- The room was too small for two persons and the ceiling was partly too low to stand up!! Don't remember the room number, but it was on the upper floor with entrance to balcony from the window!!. In that room you could not imagine it was a four star hotel and we payed full price.

+ We did a Europe tour in February and booked every city in every country online. Our stay in the "NH Doelen Hotel Amsterdam" was the most pleasant surprise. Great view, clean, comfortable room, nice staff, great location - room was a bit compact but we liked it's size and really thought it was well designed. Would definitely recommend it! As...I guess I am now doing.

- Found an empty beer bottle in between the matress on the bed - apart from that excellent place to stay with very comfortable beds

The NH Doelen Hotel situated on the river Amstel, right in the centre of Amsterdam, is more than just a hotel.
