+ very helpful staff, central location, very comfy beds and pillows, large room, very clean, great to have a kettle, large bathroom
- we booked this at a special price, but at full price it is very expensive. breakfast is also expensive. maybe needs a little modernising, at the full price it would not be good value.

+ Very smart with good location for city
- Parking very expensive at 40 euros per 24 hour but parking expensive everywhere in Amsterdam. Restaurant expensive but a lot of alternatives close by.

+ Ww were staying at: NH Museum Quarter Hotel The room was nice and clean. good welcome at the reception and we got the room immediately.
- The location is too far from center. Big hotel and only 1 computer for internet ! just opposite the reception. And the price for using the internet is unbelivable: 0.35 Euro for 1 minute = 21 Euro per 1 hour ! crazy ! you get 15 minutes free but it's not enough.

+ Comfortable beds & bathroom. The location. Good cleaning. A lot of room for clothes (sort of walk in closet).

- Kettle not working. Water not draining from bath. Air conditioning not working. Very hot at night I left the window open couldn't sleep too nosiey.
