+ This hotel was very clean and friendly and the receptionist spoke English very well, so that helped alot.
- We were referred to this hotel by someone who didn't mind staying so far away from the center of Amsterdam, but we thought it took too much time to get back and forth. This is no fault of the hotels though.

- The hotel location was a little confusing as a foreigner because their are two Dorint Hotels in the area.
Remote Control for the TV was difficult to use.

- Ladies room access to pool was out of order. The steam room wasn't working and we had to go thru the men's room to get to the pool. My bathtub drain was broken and I had to call someone to help me drain it. My phone did not work, either.

food in the bar down stairs was realy good,and staff were very friendly.
we enjoy'd the stay at the dorent hotel and will stay there next time. (will recomend)
- windows did't open (for smoking)
room smelled of smoke (this was a smoking room)
as my wife is a smoker and i'm not.

- It is in a field outside the airport grounds and while there is bus service, it does cut into your travel time. The hotel was being remodeled at the time.

+ My business associate lives around the corner. The gym and tennis facility is excellent. The convenient location to the airport and trains can't be beat! Your staff has always been most helpful. I'm always too rushed to have breakfast!

This four-star hotel lies southwest of Amsterdam, ten kilometres from the city and five kilometres from Schiphol Airport.
