+ I am returning to this hotel later this month so I must have thought it was acceptable.
- I can think of no minus points with this hotel on that occasion.

+ Excellent location near to tram terminus and station. Friendly staff

+ The focus upon the children during and under the meals in the restuarant (e.g. presents) was a big plus compensating a little for the lack of playromm facilities.
- We expected more activities for our children based upon the statements regarding a children friendly facility on the Internet. The play area was mediocre.

- When we came, they did not gave us room that we booked, even I checked one week earlier if everything is O.K.. When I asked them what happened, they told us that they gave our room to some family with children, because they asked them for bigger room!
Hotel manager was completely unpolite and unfrinedly, and his attitude was 'take it or leave I do not care'. Of course, it was not posssible to change hotel, because all hotels in area were booked.
