+ The bed was exceptionally comfortable and of good quality, the bathroom was very nice and clean.
- Mini bar was locked during the entire stay, even after I had given a 70 euro deposit.

+ Good connection with other highways, good public transport to town. Good variety for breakfast and plenty of it.
- There are actually none, but... one can always introduce more and better facilities. Like shorten the waiting time for elevators in the rush hour (mornings)

+ The room was fantastic, clean, new it was great. The restaurant served fantastic food and the waitress was very helpful. The reception staff were even more helpful and did a fantastic job guiding us and giving us the best tips for Amsterdam which made our stay even better. Great hotel, great service, Fantastic Staff. Well Done!
- Well the only thing I can give it a minus about and for this I am being picky which really wasn't that bad but the location to the city.

+ Excellent price, great location - loved the laid back attitude of the staff - made us feel really welcome. The 24hr check in counter was also really useful and the staff were still really friendly late at night!
- Hard to think of any but I guess an earlier check in time would have been helpful - not really too much of a problem though!

+ The three night special offered fantastic value and the breakfast was very good, everything you could ever want.

+ I have stayed at this hotel before and found it to be extremely clean and the staff are very polite. This was the reason I decided to stay again. It is also easy to get into Amsterdam via the tram. I think it is an excellent hotel.
- The room we stayed in was a non-smoking room, however it was obvious to us that a previous quest had definately been smoking in the bathroom. Although we got used to the smell it was not very pleasant. I did not mention this to the staff until the next morning as we were not in the room for long. They appologised.
