- friendly staff, but nothing happened after complains: three of six lights in the room did not work, remote control was missing, television set did not work, explains about parking space were wrong

+ Die Umgebung war wunderschön, das Hotel sehr ruhig gelegen
- Die Bettdecke war außerordentlich verschmutzt und hatte Brandlöcher! Um 09.45 bekam man keine Teller und Tassen mehr zum Frühstück

+ The room was quite clean.
- The aircondiioning in my room was broken, and the time that I was staying in Amsterdam was EXTREMELY hot. The window would only open a crack and it was very uncomfortable to try to sleep at night and staying in my room during the day was impossible. When I told the manager on-duty he refused to correct the situation, nor to even take a look. He was quite impolite in fact.

- When i arrived at the hotel they had cancelled two of the double rooms and changed the booking to two twin rooms without any consultation to myself. there was air conditioning in one room a fan in another and nothing in the third. also when purchasing drinks at the bar a beer would cost anything from 2euro's to 8 euro's and i never saw the money enter the till!! at breakfast it would take up to 40 minutes for any hot food to materialise. the double room was the size of a match box and think it may have been a single room as the bed was very small. i would never recommend this hotel.
