+ A very cosy hotel. clean and quiet. The location is excellent and the personal very friendly. Breakfast which is incl. was really good and the coffee machine with cappuccino etc was more than expected.The small garden very nice aswell.

+ We were made very welcome,staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel very clean and service very efficient. It was ideal location for us in a quieter area but within easy reach of places to eat and the trams.

+ Very clean rooms and bathrooms with lovely shower. Great to have a TV which also had access to UK TV stations too. Lovely breakfast but the toaster was a bit hard to work.
- It was a shame there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the bedrooms. It would also have been good to have a fridge with bottled water freely available in the rooms.

+ Delightful staff who went out of their way to be helpful and assisted us to make the best use of our time in the city. We were grandparents travelling with grandchildren of 8 and 10 years.

+ The Owl Hotel is in a great location for the museums and is very quiet. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We would be happy to stay there again.
- It would have been nice to have had tea making facilities in the room.

+ This is the second time we have stayed in the Owl in recent years, and once again it was an excellent choice of hotel. Warm, friendly and comfortabe - just the right place for a relaxing Christmas break.
- None worth mentioning. The hotel met all our expectations.

+ Quiet location and very close to Leidseplein which gives access to Amsterdams excellent tram system. Front staff extremely helpful. Rooms very clean and presentable. Would deffinatly recomend and stay at the Owl Hotel again.
