- The internet pictures of the hotel are not accurate, since they show an old stylish building. The hotel is indeed a very ugly modern bulding and with demode furniture and very old apliances. Poor and rundown decor. It is a 2 to 3 star hotel at best, but never a four.

+ Your staff during our stay was very helpful and even found a vase for my tulips!! That was very special-I left them for the staff to enjoy when we checked out. Morning staff checked us in about 11:30 A. M. Thank you

+ The location of the hotel was ideal. The room was quiet, spacious, had tea/coffee making facilities and a trouser press. Cleanliness was first rate. All the staff we came into contact with were very friendly and helpful. We would certainly return.

- Considering the number of North American, Irish and British visitors to Amsterdam, I think the hotel should provide a couple of English speaking TV channels.

+ This was our second visit to the hotel and again had a fantastic stay .Excellent service from the staff, very helpful and friendly.Great location.My sister and her partner come with us and thought the same.Would recommend this hotel to other family and friends. We will return to hotel on our next trip to Amsterdam in the summer. Thanks to all at the hotel

+ We found this hotel to be a very pleasant surprise. Considering the deal that we got, we were not expecting a hotel, service or accommodation of such high standard. We found all members of staff warm, welcoming and ready to help where they could. The rooms were very comfortable and the room service was discreeet and of a high standard. We would definitely recommend this to anyone and everyone who is visiting Amsterdam.

+ The stay was wonderful. We had an unforgettable wedding anniversary weekend at this hotel where we had quality 4* treatment. The staff were most welcoming and the room was very clean and comfortable. My next trip to Amsterdam will take me back to this hotel again.
