+ Reception excellent; breakfast excellent and staff in general very good. Housekeeping - bathroom very clean.
- Housekeeping issues: Although non smoking room cigarette butts on window ledge not vacuumed; our beds were not properly made; sheer curtins need washing.

+ Great location to museums,and park.Very good restaurants in the area,and a very nice street for shopping was nearby.Breakfast was done well.

Very noisey adjoining room upto 5.00am.
Arrangements for the shuttle service to the airport were poorly managed.

+ excellant hotel very good location ,i have stayed in amsterdam numerus times and the was the best hotel by far.
- I thought there was a problem with the bed i tried turning the mattress to stopp me falling out of bed during the night,but i think the bed was broken,never noticed until my first nights sleep,but thought i was too late to say anything as we had been in the room from early moring and not realised it.

+ The hotel is in a good location.
- This hotel was very, very overpriced at 188 Euro per night! The first room they put us in had a horrible oder so we asked to be moved. The next room they put us in was tiny, had no TV remote control and the bed was very uncomfortable. This is the worst hotel we stayed at in Amsterdam. The stay would have been worth it at half the price however.

+ Lovely location overlooking canals and opposite vondel park. Close to Leidersplein with all the bars and restaurant.
We would like to go back again. Although over our budget we were really pleased that we booked.

- The bathroom was very small, especially by Irish hotel standards. Room was also quite small for a double but adaquate.

+ We waere pleased with the service. Everyone was gracious and accomodating. We enjoyed the breakfast also. The location was excellent and we were able to walk to all the museums, shopping and restaurants. We liked our view of the canal. We look forward to another visit.
