+ Great location to park and tram. Second night we were given an upgraded room in the other building, which was very nice. Staff moved all of our belongings for us
- Initial room given us was full of bugs (flies, moths, mosquitos), perhaps due to window. We requested a cleanup or different room, but specifically NO insect spray. When we returned, they had sprayed the room so much that we could not breathe in the room. Also, no air conditioning

+ We very much enjoyed everything about the hotel. The staff was friendly the rooms were great overall it was GREAAAT!
- They changed key code in the middle of the day which caused some confusion for me and later in the day an older couple were having an argument while standing outside. I think the easiest solution would be to put a small sign saying if your code doesn't work press intercom to speak to front desk.

+ Nice location near Vondel Park and some of the museums. Close access to a tram.
- We booked a double, and they gave us 2 twin beds shoved together. The first room they gave us was missing a door to the bathroom, we complained and they moved us. The internet terminal in the lobby was constantly broken. The staff was somewhat rude. The hotel was fine, but we expected more value for how much it cost.

+ So good location...20 minutes walking to center, and excellent comunication with tram #2. There is one recepcionist really helpfull...tall, glasses, about 30-35 years old
- Our room had two single beds instead of one double, the problem was that were beds that easily moved because of their wheels. Despite of that, we enjoy 2 comfortable nights.

+ Very spacious and clean rooms in an excellent location with really friendly staff.
- A double room means that there are two beds pushed together with wheels. The beds kept separating so we had to take the wheels off the beds!

+ Nice location in a quiet and green area, not far from the action of Leidseplein (10 minutes with tram #2). Room comfortable. Nice view on the Vondel park. Staff very helpful. Would recommend this hotel, both for business and leisure travellers, depending on the price you have to pay. Not more than 100ยค in my opinion (excluding breakfast).
- Shower pressure not strong enough in my room.

+ Nice large room, very clean, bar food reasonable.
- Telephones in room both in disrepair causing problems for an early morning wake up call, we had an expensive taxi ride to airport as taxi was kept waiting for a few minutes and meter was running.

Ideally situated right by the Vondelpark, with the museum district within walking distance, with the Rijksmuseum . The famous Leidseplein with hundreds of possibilities to go out is not far and aside from that you'll pass the shopping street P.C. Hooftstraat. In the trendy Cornelis Schuystraat you'll be in 5 minutes!
