+ Great location for the museum quarter, stylishly decorated rooms. As we booked a deal the hotel was also very good value.
- The only minus point was a lack of hot water on one morning, the system was malfunctioning and once fixed there were no further problems.

+ This hotel is in a brilliant location just round the coner from the tram stop making it really easy to travel to the city centre. Breakfast was nice and there was a wide selection of food.
- Our room was not as advertised. I felt it was not worth paying extra for a superior room as our room was quite cramped, not very clean and fixtures and fittings were old and worn. When I confronted staff about this they said they were in the process of renovating the hotel and that the pictures on the website are the newly refurbed rooms.

+ Very clean and comfortable room. Cosy and welcoming lounge bar. Staff extremely helpful and pleasant. Will definitely be using this hotel again.
- Should offer more variety of bar meals. We arrived at around 10.30pm on Sunday and were unable to find a restaurant still open in the area. Excellent barman was able only to offer us a light snack - it was a very long time until breakfast!

+ Friendly and efficient staff. Nice breakfast with plenty of choice. Cozy bar. Option to leave luggage in dedicated room on day of departure. Bus service from hotel to airport. Brilliant location in a lovely part of town, only 10 minutes walk from the major museums.
- There's only a glass screen separating the bathroom from the bedroom - probably a bit too intimate for some! Room was clean, so it was a shame that carpets throughout the hotels were very dirty. A non-smoking lounge would be a great improvement.

+ The location and comfort of the room were it's major plus points. Location, it was near everything we wanted to see and do, also very close to a public tram stop. Comfort, the bed was very nice to sleep on after walking over whole city eash day.
- The room appeared unfinished, they seemed to be doing a bit of walk repair along the bathroom and entrance areas.

- strong smell of smoke on the landing and stairs also having to go out of one building and into another is not good enough the winding stair case should be removed the lift did not always work ! breakfast ICE COLD BACON ETC. NOT NEARLY GOOD ENOUGH FOR 3 STAR. SHOULD BE DOWNGRADED TO A ONE STAR!!!

- Disapointed with first room allocated...very small not what we were led to expect from the pictures. However we were given an upgrade and treated very politely.
