- French *breaksfast* is overstated.

+ Only location.

- When we booked it was mentioned that breakfast was included in the price, EUR 175 per night.
At arrival, the message was, croissant & coffee in the lobby was included. Breakfast was served in the breakfast lounge at EUR 10 extra per person ????? This was very disapointing, at according to the booking. You need to change this !!!

+ None! Good location but everything else a disaster.

- check in staff were not very intelligent, we had a problem with check in as the personnel were uninformed in the actual rooms and accomodations of the hotel.

The room is much to small for comfort, poorly designed, we had cockroaches in the room, no bar in the hotel, the "included" French Breakfast is a joke, a coffee and a roll. with no place to properly sit to drink and eat the roll. My final determination is that I will never stay there again.

+ Excellent location
Breakfast in reataurant, good variety of food and pleasant staff.

- Room quality could have been improved. Bathroom small. Noisy front room which could have benefited from air conditioning.

+ The location is really great! And the service make me forget a little bit the previous mistakes.

- Maybe would it be better to answer to the client when he send an e-mail. And it would also be good to listen to him when he call the hotel for a problem. Because I send two or three mails and call one time because I lost my CB and someone call me the day before my stay to tell me they had a wrong number.

+ we arrived early morning and the room was not ready but after some sightseeing we were able to get in room by lunch time.
very friendly and helpfull at reception

- we asked for double bed but got 2 beds pushed together.

+ Our room was always spotless, the shower room was always emaculate when we returned, 100 out of 100 for housekeeping. 100% effort from the design of the shower room, little things like the toilet seet not banging, glass basins, a nightmare to clean, but a delight to use.
Staff were wonderful, I even witnessed them dealing with a completely obnoxious customer like he was royalty. very well done.

- Breakfast in your recption is not what I had expected from a Ramada hotel, either offer breakfast in the price or don't, I was embarrassed to seem to be eatting like a second class guest.

+ excelent decor to hotel room and right in the centre of amsterdam

- The bed was not a double bed, but two single beds pushed together and found ourself falling between the beds/mattress.

+ The hotel was close to all amenities i.e. shops, museams, canals and there are tram stops right outside the door. The staff were freindly and helpfull and the bedrooms were claened every day.

- We found our room a liitle noisy as it was situated on a bust road. Also, each bedroom door seemed to slam shut when people entered or left their rooms - Maybe some sort of device could be fditted to each door to prevent this as it was very annoying!!

+ The fittings in the room were of a high standard. The location of the hotel was good.

- The size of the room was quite unexpected. It must be the smallest room I have ever stayed in.I did not like the set up of the 'french breakfast', we were eating in the hotel foyer.

+ the bed and tv were very nice, we were not disturbed and loved the location of the hotel. staff were very helpful.

- the bathroom in our room was right next to the bed and only had glass walls and a door that didnt shut properly, this does not provide much privacy.

+ Room design. Nice reception staff.

- Your wallpaper shares a likeness with 50 grit sandpaper (tore up a finger on that by accident *LOL*). The bathroom could use somewhere to hang the towls to dry off.
