+ Schönes großes Zimmer + Bad, sehr sauber, prima Service + sehr freundliches Personal, tolle Lage -man kann die gesamte Innenstadt zu Fuß erkunden, Gepäckaufbewahrung am Abreisetag
- keine Doppelfenster, daher etwas laut - Frühstück gibt es in den umliegenden Cafés für die Hälfte

+ location location location is great. can walk from hotel to Dam square and points beyond. Front desk reception was very friendly and helpful.
- Broken shower attachment. Had to hold it at all times. Skimpy towell. For price, room was very small.

- The room is very old, the bathroom extremely small, problem with hot/cold water, the television was in a position I could not watch while laying in bed. Paying 180.000 euros per night is really a too high price for this room. The location is wonderful, but the right price for this room should be maximum 90.000 euros in my opionion. Thank you

+ Extremely courteous, helpful and accommodating staff. It was a real pleasure dealing with them and seeking their help / guidance. Our all requests were not only met with a smile but also acceded to.
- Like most other hotels you should offer inclusive of breakfast rates. The files on places of interest need to be updated with latest information.

+ Nice rooms. Great location.
- Reception is slow and the staff are pretty unhelpful. Try asking for an iron and ironing board with only 10 hours warning and you'll be out of luck - until they bring you a dirty one that will ruin your shirt...
