+ Very helpful staff (despite comment above).
Lovely room overlooking canal.
Good location - easy walking distance from Dam Square and close to several restaurants off the beaten track too.

- Bit of a struggle up and down stairs on the 4th floor with a suitcase to get to our room in the attic!
Given directions to the Maritime Nuseum on Monday morning by reception staff - walked all the way there only to find it closed. A warning would have been nice.

+ Location was ideal, room was large and clean, reception staff were friendly and helpful. We have posted notice on Trip Advisor website to this effect.

- We would have liked a safe and tea making facilities in room.

+ Good location and served it's purpose.

- I think the breakfast could be much better for the price. Otherwise it was a nice hotel to stay in.

+ i thought that the location was excellant. it was a hop, skip, & jump from the center of town. yet its location was in a quite area, so there was a secluded feel to it. also the people at the hotel was very nice and very accommodating. will definitley stay there again.

- only minus point is that the ceiling in the shower was not very high. meaning you had to squat a bit to take a shower. it didn't bother me much, but some people it might. this was in a triple bedroom, other rooms may not have this issue.

+ Excellent value for money and a great location. We stay at this hotel regularly. Rooms are always very good and the view of the canals from front or back windows is marvellous.

- Breakfast is a bit limited. I would pay more for a fuller breakfast.

+ => Great location

- => no possibility to book in advance a room vith view on canal (despite many mails to try to book one, and even if, at the end, I got one, but I knew it only when check in).
=> very poor atmosphere in the corridors / lobby, no charm at all
