This two-star family hotel 'Sarphati' is situated opposite the beautiful Sarphatipark south of the centre of Amsterdam in the popular area 'de Pijp'. - Stairs were steep and difficult with luggage. Older rooms need a revamp.

+ relax, good location for business trevelers.

- Telefhone was not working, cleaning of the badroom was not well done,they need to have posibility to buy some parking ticket.

+ Nice location. Nice way to get in the hotel after hours!

- In the morning there was too much loud. Sometimes there was no one to help with breakfast. Breakfast was allways the same. It would be nice to have clean towals more often.

- 1. Storage place for the left luggage is not secure. 2. Check in the afternoon is not convenient cause you have to wait with the luggage in the canteen. 3. Over priced for the facilities offered.

+ Economical, and for our purposes it suited as we spent very little time there...thank goodness!
