+ They did move us on the second night when a double became available. The staff on the reception were helpful and friendly.
- Even though I'd emailed and called to check - they still put us in a twin room instead of a double.

- We forgot our digital camera at the hotel, called the reception after few hours and noone cared about the problem. We left our phone number after have called few time and again noone called us back. I hope you are enjoyng our camera!!!!!! + Tea and Cofee Machine was a very nice plus because of the cold weather during the stay.
- Room & bed size could have been larger. Our shower door did not block water from spilling on the bathroom floor. As a result, the bathroom floor was full of water.

- Our room was very cold. The air con did not seem to work very well, even after geting advice on how to make it work better. We had a non smoking room but could smell smoke rom other rooms.
