+ I love the hotel. I have stayed there several times and have always been very satisfied with the room, the comfort, etc.
- The Voyager Restaurant is extremely high in price and rather mediocre on quality. I would not eat there if I had another choice. For some reason, my room this time was very noisey!

+ Excellent location and service courteous, friendly, helpful and efficient. The hotel took my reservation without a deposit, very nice. I also was able to check in early. Wonderful beds. Great experience.

+ The proximity to the Schiphol terminals is hotel's major plus point.
- The drain in the shower cubicle was obviously blocked as it took only a few seconds in the shower before you were standing in a "bath".

- Having free internet acess for a hotel in your class I find as natural as haveing shampo in the bath. 29¤ to logon the net and check my e-mail i find outrageus. Thank you

+ Good location; friendly staff; reasonable price - I hope we can avail of the same or better price in the future when we return. On the overall, when we usually prefer and choose hotels like your hotel, Hyatt, Intercontinental, Hilton, etc. - whichever has the better price, but the comfort and ambiance is there. Hope we can avail of your promos again in the near future thank you
