+ The location is prima; the staff is always friendly and helpful. Very good sound proofing. I always use the workout room and sauna.
- The 25 euro breakfast is too expensive, and the room is a bit small. This is why the price/quality was not a 9 or 10.

+ Great location and the bed and bedding was heavenly. So great after a long flight. Would definitely stay there again. Also, we liked the spa very much.
- Check in was 3pm which was a little hard as we were tired from our flight and had to wander around the airport for a little while. We were however able to store our luggage until that point which was good.

- I have stayed at the 'Sheraton Amsterdam Airport Hotel' several times because the location is excellent. I have always found the staff to be quite helpful and friendly. The rooms are always neat and clean, if a bit small. The price can be a bit high, which is why I gave an 8 in the place of a 9 or 10 for Price/Quality.

+ Adjacent to the airport (and its train station underneath), quiet, clean and modern, very comfortable beds, all the amenities
- Very Expensive. Weekend rates are somewhat more affordable. Very high phone and internet fees.

+ This was the most luxurious hotel I have stayed at in Europe, there was no room for improvement. Rooms were lovely and quiet, the staff helpful and professional. A wonderful stay.
