+ Clean & quaint. Non-smoking room was exaactly that - no smell of previous smokers. Excellent location on a quiet street within easy walking distance of the city center and Centraal Station. Great hotel for the price.
- Small room and bath typical of old canal houses converted to hotels. Bath, especially shower, was tiny; shower got most of the bathroom floor wet.

+ The location is nice and right in the central part of Amsterdam. In spite of the location there vere no noice from the street. The hotel staff was professional, polite and very serviceminded. We would very much like to stay at this hotel again next we are visiting Amsterdam.

+ location is central. personnel friendly.
- The room is very small. Still, the heating could not warm the room. Structure of the bathroom is old and not very comfortable. The map was not correct. It was not easy to find the hotel.

- the bathroom was a disgusting mess, there was no actual shower. For the price this hotel was not a good choice I dont think I will stay at your hotel again. I had some friends who stayed at the golden tulip and it was a lot nicer than this hotel.
