+ The front desk service was exceptionally friendly and helpful. They responded to all of our small room service requests very quickly and also arranged for our transportation to the cruise terminal (John was the person who help arrange the transportation). The free internet service allowed my wife to communicate with our friends and family easily and conveniently. The location of the hotel cannot be any better. We were able to walk to many sights and public transportation was just outside the hotel.

- Probably the location, it was very central but would have preferred a hotel on the canals.

+ I have stayed in numerous hotels worldwide but the breakfasts in this hotel were by far the best I have ever experienced ! The staff could not have been more pleasant or helpful I would definitely stay in this hotel again and would recommend it to my friends

+ too many to mention. absolutely fantastic room, balcony and view.
- receptionist forgot to book our taxi to the airport at the requested time and we nearly missed our plane home!! this meant our journey to the airport was at 100mph and we were obviously rushing 100mph thru the airport to caych our plane. fortunately we just got it. this was the only dampner on an otherwise fantastic stay at the hotel.

+ Otherwise the hotel was excellent. Service was very goor, a very helpful and friendly man inparticular on reception, also all reception staff very frieldly and helpful. Location excellent
- Was very dissapointed with the small size of the room considering the price, and that the view from the window overlooked another hotel room. This is why I have only given a 7 rating to price and comfort above.

+ The service in general was top quailty and i would consider it to be one of the best hotels i have stayed in and have said so to many people
- I did not get the room i had pre booked so i had to take a different room which i felt quite let down by, and the person at check in did not seem to care which was very disapointing

+ Very good service, good value, very clean and a superb location.
- New no smoking policy is a definate deal killer. Won't stay there again for this reason. I have stayed there are more than 5 occassions in the past 2 years.
