- The only thing is the room (1st floor) was a little bit noisy (noise from the litttle street at the back of the hotel). Perfect for the rest.

+ Very good location (on Dam Square) and on major tram routes.
- Room on 1st floor had noisy air-conditioning plnat on the flat roof directly outside. Cafe next to hotel, recommended for breakfasts, was very expensive compared to others locally.

- We would liked to had a brighter room possibly to the front as room 241 was quite a distance from the lifts etc---not a complaint just our suggestion

+ we really enjoyed our stay with your hotel. we had no complaints at all the location of the hotel is fantastic with it being very central for everything. we had one problem with our safe, which you rectified within 5 minutes, great service. we will reccomend you to our friends.

+ Almost everything. the Hygiene, the comfort the location... this hotel is great! if you can affort it - don't think twice!
- a bit noisy due to the location, but still not something to worry about. Breakfast is expensive and people are smoking in the lobby.

+ Well located on the Dam place, this hotel is very clean and worth the price you pay. Superior rooms are very comfortable with lot of seats, bath tube, nespresso machine, wide tv.... Free internet access through three pc's free to use also.
- Rooms on the side of the hotel are 2 meters away from an other building making them blind and very dark. In the other hand, it makes the rooms very calm for an efficient rest.
