+ Otherwise the hotel was excellent. Service was very goor, a very helpful and friendly man inparticular on reception, also all reception staff very frieldly and helpful.
Location excellent
- Was very dissapointed with the small size of the room considering the price, and that the view from the window overlooked another hotel room. This is why I have only given a 7 rating to price and comfort above.

+ The service in general was top quailty and i would consider it to be one of the best hotels i have stayed in and have said so to many people
- I did not get the room i had pre booked so i had to take a different room which i felt quite let down by, and the person at check in did not seem to care which was very disapointing

+ Very good service, good value, very clean and a superb location.
- New no smoking policy is a definate deal killer. Won't stay there again for this reason. I have stayed there are more than 5 occassions in the past 2 years.

- The room was advertised as 'soundproofed'. This was not the case. Very noisy side-street below. Expensive for what was offered - bathroom was nice but bedroom needed redecoration.
