- Just a suggestion really, we really enjoyed our stay in your hotel. Are you planning to open a resturant within the hotel? We had hoped to eat in on one of the evenings.

+ The staff at the desk were very friendly and helpful. The room was well decorated and comfortable. The location of the hotel couldn't be better. I would certainly stay here again.
- Breakfast, which was not included in the price of the room, could have been better both in terms of quality and variety.

+ Service. Best service experienced in Amsterdam in 9 years of coming over for the IBC Exhibition. Amazing attention to detail and very attentive staff.
- None. Perhaps they don't have a restaurant, however they more than made up for this.

+ The staff were warm, welcoming and friendly. It is the wonderful greeting and customer service that made the Hotel Toren.
- The hotel is quite expensive, especially for the size of the room, but we appreciate that space is a premium in Amsterdam. It would be good if breakfast was included in the price.

+ Extremely friendly staf. wery good morning buffet and a relaxing atmosphare in the bar in the evening.
- The Anneks building is rather noisy, espicially because of other groups gathering in the corridor during the night.
