+ Excellent location for centre, 24 hour bar, cheap, good if staying just for 1 night like we did.
- Very noisy from street and also church clock ringing every 15 mins. Long walk up lots of stair to room, potential fire-risk if 5th floor?

+ the hotel was silencious, calm and hygienic.
- we were very disappointed by the poor welcoming at our arrival, and first of our partance, we had to leave the room at 10 am and every 5 minuts before, the groom service ask us to leave the room.it was very unpleasant not to see almost a smile or an "enjoy the room" and very regrettable.

- Me and my friend were not given the room we asked for and instead got a triple room when asked for a twin room. The bathroom is disgusting and ours didnt have a toilet lid and not recommended for people who like peace, because the hotel is in a very noisy area. The stairs were also too steep

The Travel Hotel is ideally located between the Dam Square and the Central (Railway) Station, right in the middle of the City Centre of Amsterdam. Within 5 minutes walking distance of the Central Station as well as the Dam Square, this hotel is the ideal place to stay for any occasion. Shopping streets are around the corner, the Royal Palace, the Red Light District, the Anne Frank House, the Flower Market and many other main tourist sights are within easy reach. Public transport will take you anywhere around the city (such as the Leidseplein, the Rembrandtplein, the Heineken Brewery, the Van Gogh Museum), for which the stops are just across the street from the hotel. The hotel has a 24 hours private bar and no curfew. The rooms are with private or shared facilities; Because of the structure of the monumental building in which the hotel is housed, not one room is the same.
