+ none.

- Instead of a double bed room, we were put into a two single beds room; the shower flooded, so we were not able to take a decent shower; the shower drain smelled like the sewer beneath it.

+ The location

- Not clean, there were mites(Acari) on the beds and we've been infected (paying other money for medical assistance).
The room was not cleaned for 2 consecutive days out of 9 days of our stay and the shower water flushed with difficulty.

+ It's very close to the red light district and other fun areas. That front desk staff are outta this world and very helpful, and the bar is open 24 hours. If you're young and spry and not too picky, this hotel could fit your bill.

- I was very disappointed. It took four days of complaining to even get my room cleaned!!! Then, I was put on the 5th floor despite personnel being told that it was very difficult for me. The place is more of a hostel instead of a hotel, and people who are looking for hotel-type luxuries should avoid it. The prices were too high for the room offered, even in the high season.

+ We had a very enjoyable stay in Amsterdam. The hotel was in a excellent location and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The 24 hour bar was the icing on top of the yummy cake! Will definately return and stay here again!

+ Location only. If it wasnt for the fact that the hotel was central it should be placed on the condemned list. You are doing yourself a dis-service by using this establishment.

- The Hotel was dark dingy and not very clean. The towels were a disgrace. The attitude and welcome of receptionist left a lot to be desired. In general the hotel could do with a damn good cleaning and a facelift. If it wasnt for the fact that I had paid in advance I would have left immediately.I would honestly have had a fear of eating there.Top floor rooms allocated with no chance of change for 1 person with an injured leg and one other an asthma sufferer. No prior warning of the lack of an elevator.

+ 24hr bar, location excellent 5 mins from Central Station.

- It was overpriced for what we actually received. Shared toilet and shower was not hygenically clean. Double room was small and quite cramp, no lift and on the 4th floor.

+ location is good

- 1)Toilet and bath (the 5th floor) were in bad order, there were no light all the time of our stay 4 days. Our request to do smth (ask for an electrician and so on)was a fail,so we couldn't use it!!!
2)awful winding stairs

+ The location was excellent and the price was very reasonable. The bar was quiet but nice for a drink.

- The room was on the fifth floor and the stairs especially the last floor.

- They tried to alter room to a lesser standard on check in. I had to argue strongly to make them stick to the actual room that was booked. They were not friendly.

+ Very close to the center.

- It was a very noisy hotel. My room was right inder the stairs and there were people running up and down all night long.
