+ The location was brilliant
- The room was cramped and the internet pictures are extremely misleading. Including the fact that it wasn't until be got to the hotel that we realised we'd have to be upon arrival - and the money hadn't come out of the account beforehand.

+ The location of the hotel is good. You can reach the city center on foot. Police station is near.
- Bed linen was not clean enough (smudged). No Lift. We have to walk to the 4th floor every day.

+ Excellent location just off Damrak for the money was great, the 24 hour bar was good as some bars shut at 3am. Very clean showers and toilet room.
- The beds were uncomfortable and there was cigarette burns in the sheets but did us as a group of lads on a stag do.

+ - There is always someone at the desk 24 hours a day, so you can come in after the front door is locked. - It's RIGHT BY the Red Light District and Damrak, the main street in Amsterdam, so close to a lot of places. - Has it's own bar, although not many people used it.
- - WAY too expensive for the accomodations. - No elevator, so you have to carry your things up STEEPLY INCLINED SPIRAL STAIRS that are not even as wide as my foot is long.

- On arrival i was taken to our double room which was the size of a single room with a 3/4 size bed.I checked out within 45 minutes as it was not what i had booked in the first place!

+ - great(!) location - easy going - shower and toilet ok in 6-bed-room - 6-bed-room had 7 beds - quiet in night
- - many stairs until 2nd floor / no elevator - one bad was damaged - no fridge - only a very small table - no remote control for (very small) TV

+ location very central, reception staff helpful, nice man called martin in delicious pastry shop on same street and you're in Amsterdam so u get over the minus points very quickly and enjoy yourself
- booked travel hotel online but was over booked on arrival so got Hotel Continental instead which had no bar,steep stairs and no lift,1bed had 3legs,shower door fell off,fire alarm went off and electricity went off in our room,pretty mean with towels but laughed at all the faults

+ 1°) The location is perfect in the centre of the city, and next to the Central Station 2°) The price is very interesting compred to the other Hostels in town. 3°) The personnel was available and helpful 24hours a day, thank you
- 1°) Beds were not very confortable. The sheets always moved away as they did non fit the bed. 2°) In the morning, it was too hot, but there was only one single window to aerate and the window couldn't be fully opened. 3°) Finally, the cleaning and the room preparation are not satisfying at all. There were condoms soda cans on the floor at our arrival. And beds were not really done when we cae bck to sleep at night. The undersheets were still messy. 4°) What a pity ou do not propose breakfasts
