+ Reception staff were helpful and friendly
- located outside the center of Amsterdam, the bar had 'strange' opening hours, and I thought the Hotel was expensive for what it was

- No room service. no food after 11pm. And the location, far away from the city center. No stairs, only elevators.

+ Large room
- Front desk staff is not service oriented. They make you feel like you are bothering them when in fact they should realize that guests are the reason they have a job.

+ Osdorp is beyond lovely. The hotel is a short, 6-7 minute walk from the trams, and Centraal station is about a 20 minute ride. Service is very friendly; even without asking, they provided all the information I needed to get around Amsterdam. Unless you are looking for a really luxurious hotel, you can't top this one.
- None! Well, the continental breakfast was nice, but a bit expensive (14 eu per person). You can go to any nearby broodje (sandwhich) shop and spend less than 3 eu for a meal.

+ Convenient to public transportation. Great pricing compared to similar hotels in the center and closer to the city. Stay here to save 100 euro a night. Very helpful staff and comfortable rooms.
- A little out of the way, but bus tickets are availible at the front desk. Bus stops are a short walk away, and bring you easily into the city.

+ This was a very nice hotel but the location was not very convenient for us. This was our honeymoon and a more lively area would have sufficed. But the price was very good, the rooms were great, and people were friendly. Thank you.
- No pool or spa. Being so far away from anything, you should have a spa, pool, some entertainment for those who do not have vehicles and have to stay in the hotel. That would be nice.

+ The location was great for us - very close to where our relatives live.
- There was no coffee machine in our room - this is important to us - we like to have coffee as soon as we are up.
