- This was not the same hotel we make the reservation for. The web page is totally misleading. Big dissapointmen.

- Someone went through our things when we where out. I lost my mobile phone. It´s important that you can rely on the servicepersonal.
The safebox lacked batteries.

+ Free internet connection with our own ethernet cable was handy and our room was quiet.
- We did not find the hotel staff overly helpful or friendly. The hotel is not in a good part of the city and whilst our car was not damaged at least 4 others belonging to guests were vandalised one night. The breakfast at 7E50 pp does not represent good value. The choice was poor, often food ran out and the dining room was not clean.

- Lounge a bit crowded in mornings. Smoking allowed in hotel. Internet socket not functioning in room.
location: not many restaurants around - had to go all the way to city centre (30mins).

+ I cant dig anything out
- I booked the hotel 2 months ago as nonsmoking room but at the end I was given a smoking room and the receptionist was not very supportive and said it is just your request and after little discussion she managed to change the room. If it is like that whats the use of choosing an option while booking. There was chaos in breakfast room for not directing the guests where to go.

- at the day of our arrival(1st January) at 13.00 the room was not cleaned so we had to stay at the living room until 15.00 so that it would be ready.the receptionist said we could go for a walk!!!the room did not have enough bedrooms although it was booked for a quad room so they brought us extra beds after having to ask for them!°
