- Disaster restasurant. 35 min to serve drinks. Soup came before drinks. No cheese gratin on soup. Main course served before soup bowls cleared. Potatoes cold. Manager little help. Poor service meant kitchen closed and no dessert.

+ Free airport shuttle and free parking.
- shuttle only runs to airport until 11:40 p.m. but you can call and request a pick up from airport after hours for a fee of 20 euro. a bit pricey, but cheaper than the 35 euro cab ride!!

+ very comfortable and convenient to be able to leave car whilst visiting Amsterdam using free coach to catch train.
- No hot drink facilities in the room. First night there were cups and a coffee maker but no coffee. We did ask in reception and bar but no one knew about it. Next night only cups. Third night nothing.

- Non working TV/remote control for the TV. Mould in the shower cabin. No pen and paper by the telephone in the room.

+ Front desk service was fast and efficient, and the staff very friendly.
- The televison in my room would not work, and I phoned 3 times to have it checked. Each time they said they were sending someone up to check it, however noone ever showed up to fix it.

+ Lekker dicht bij het vliegveld
- Ik heb mevrouw Molder gevraagd of ik mijn bagage kon achterlaten en het was o.k Toen ik aankwam bleken de kluizen niet te werken en had een meisje aan de balie mij 3x naar beneden laten lopen zonder tijdig voor een oplossing te zorgen. Gevolg: ik miste de trein naar Den Haag en mijn hele programma raakte in de war.
Ik kwam om met autoriteiten in Den Haag en Maastricht te vergaderen.

Balcony was appreciated and windows could be opened.
- Frequency transport to Schiphol is low (maybe better stay near Amsterdam CS next time)
TV screen was too large for the small room

+ Location and shuttle service.
- Heat regulation! Despite contacting the reception, the heater kept on overheating the room most of the night. Had to open the door to make temp. bearable. Not very nice or energy efficient.
