+ Good sized, comfortable room. Staff tried to make an impersonnal hotel friendly as well as efficient.
- Please, please, please have one line at reception - it is chaos when a bus-load of passengers arrive from the airport or attempt to check-out, and move from queue to queue to try to get served more quickly

- $7.50 for an hour of internet?!!! Internet should be provided free for the price of the rooms. Pool is not the greatest.

+ Hotel was very nice & staff were eager to help. Room was clean & well appointed. My wife enjoyed the large bathtub. Fairly close to airport & reasonably priced with free shuttle service. I wouild highly recommend this hotel

- Room was a LONG way from reception, Breakfast costs a lot (I didn't get it at 15 Euros, went back to Schiphol airport to get something), Calls to reception not always answered.
