- As a person who is also in hotel business, the carpets, the curtains should be changed or cleaned more often coz it does not have a 4 star hotel look.The rest of the hotel is up to the standard.

+ The Hotel was very welcoming and proactively offered help to us plan our visit, book tickets etc and even offered to look after our bags post checking out.
- Just a minor but slightly irritating point. We booked a triple room (a double room with extra bed) but there wasn't enough teabags and milk on the refreshments tray. We had to ask for more milk for our cup of tea/coffee twice

+ We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were very helpful and nothing was a problem for them
- It would be ideal if housekeeping staff did not try to enter the room until you have checked out. 3 times we had them at the door before 10am, and as you have until 12 oclock to check out this was a bit annoying.

The Park Plaza Victoria Amsterdam is centrally situated opposite the Central Station. This delightful old building is a marvel of old Amsterdam architecture and an interesting carved-stone facade. In addition to the Seasons Garden Restaurant, there are a business center, beauty-parlor and the Active Club with sauna and swimmingpool. The guests can use the swimmingpool free of charge.
