- I was made to wait 4 hours to get my room. My room was booked for early check in. I came after 8 hours of flying and was made to wait in the lobby.

- internet very expensive,hotel seemed quite noisy during day while in the room,not enough FREE english channels that are commonly available FREE on digital tv,room was quite small and the bathroom was especially small and narrow.Poor cleaning staff,checkout was especially slow and very unorganised as people were queue jumping and the staff accepted this as normal,(maybe in low standard hotels this is acceptable afterall it is 4star)no view,no baggage help

- Had dinner in the restaurant evening of arrival and the service was very poor with very long delays inbetween courses.When I commented on the long wait to the waiter he rudely replied that there is always a long wait in this restaurant!While I would stay in the hotel again I certainly would not eat in the restaurant

+ Great lobby, great bar area. Good service at the front desk.
- Room decor is pretty outdated. We stayed in a non-smoking executive room and it was fairly banged up in terms of lots of markings and holes in the walls, etc.

+ The comfort and Location was what gave us the better impression of the stay.
- Since we were on a "Relaxing" trip, its a pain that our reservation first of all is missing in the system so we have to found it for the reception manually.
Second, the fact that the minibar did not work (Was out of power, and thus coolness), is okay-However we noted this on friday the 26th when we got there, but nothing was ever done about this. That will most likely make us think twice before booking next time.
