+ The hotel was very clean and comfortable and the staff were all polite and helpful. The bar was fairly lively and the breakfast looked good.
- The hotel is a 30 minute walk from the city centre and you will need to take a bus (Number 48 which costs 2 euros and 40 cents each way) or a taxi to get in and out of the city.

- checking in we've been pre-charged of 180 euro more than the real due amount and explained it was for your guarantee. i do not care if you have to deal with packs of untrustable customers i found it a real lack of courtesy. guess i won't be back at yours again.

+ Comfort and hygiene better than expected. Bus stop in front of the hotel. Most busses have room for a perambulator, tavelling with a baby was easy. Night busses available. The breakfast is expensive, but worth the price. We had breakfast at the hotel once, and bought it at the central station (inside there is a good shop to the right) the other days. If the price is ok and you don't mind travelling with bus for 10-15 minutes to reach the city, you will have a nice stay at this hotel.
- Necessary to take the bus (48 or 22) to and from the city, would be good to give travel instructions at the information page. Breakfast somewhat expensive (not included in the price).

+ The rooms and the hotel as a whole are clean; the service is pretty good and the bar and the restaurant of the hotel are very pleasant and convinient.
- The price, considering the location of the hotel, that is quite far from downtown, is a little expensive. It should include breakfast. The rooms should contemplate two single beds (separate)or one double bed. The way they are today is not ok neither for friends, colegues, and so on, nor for couples.

- the location is terible, very far from the Rai, and the transportation in the night to the hotel is not very often. I order 2 times wakecap call from the lobby and you didnt call in the morning - never !!!

+ Modern hotel. Clean and comfortable. The 48 bus stops right outside and the 22 bus stops a block away. The front desk staff were courteous and very helpful. We would go back.
