+ Discount was provided and location of hotel is good.

- Booked 3 x Twin Rooms and upon arrival found out that we were all in one room, room wasn't ready at the agreed time twice!!

+ - located in a safe are, but far away from everything.

- - I signaled that television was broken, nobody repaired or changed it. - I also signaled the absence of heating.... nobody repaired it. - Breakfast should be improved. 89 euros it too much for this service. - Receptionist are not at all friendly, except the man who works during the mornings.

+ very near to damrak ,station and central restaurant. this is the only positive point. i'll never be back there, i'll spent 50¤ more but i'll have a reall hotel.

- room are dirty, should be refresched. one room was very very cold and they told us they would have changed room but they have not done it and needed 24h to make room hot, after we made a "sit-in" at reception. the other room if you switch on the light, the tv can not be swiched on. but problem solved in 15 minutes. the knife at breakfast were not clean.

- The room was in a poor mess... It could use some paoint and new furniture. The price from the web was not the same as the actual price.

+ A value for money hotel. Location & reception staff were great.

- The stairs were a drag when carrying large bags, they're very steep. And whilst there we lost the hot water. Meant one day we couldn't shower which was annoying.

+ The hotel manager was very friendly and welcoming, and the staff in general were very helpful. The hotel was good value (including the self-service breakfast)and had character. It was in a good location for the station and we were able to walk everywhere.

- The hotel itself, while comfortable, was 'tired' and needs refurbishment. The shower room was very basic.

+ It was very centrally located so was ideal for central station and other amenities.The breakfast was good also.

- I found this hotel overpriced, uncomfortable (the room was tiny)run-down and the customer service left a lot to be desired.
