The trendy eatery is spread out over three floors with its dining area on the first. With its formal furnishings, Knus provides an elegant yet cosy ambience fo you to enjoy a relaxed meal. The walls are spotted with artwork exhibiting young artists. Knus is literally a 16th century house converted in 1982 by its previous owners who inserted Church stairs which contribute to Resto-Bar Knus' unique atmospheric style.
Their a la carte menu is an International fusion with an experimental twist, using bizarre ingredients not traditional to Dutch diners. Their menu changes 4-5 times a year while some classic items remain. On the ground floor you can enjoy a glass of wine or cava, here they literally slice off the top of your wine/cava bottle, wetting your appetite with optional Montaditos. These are adapted from Spanish tapas without the tradition of toothpicks.
Knus provides a multi story experience whereby you can end your night on the third story in the lounge area. This place is comfortably furnished with couches and curtains for your privacy. It is also possible to dine on any floor upon reservation.
Staff are relaxed and friendly giving you the service that you desire. Knus is an ideal retreat whatever your occasion, catering for groups of friends or colleagues. They provide equipment for presentation purposes, and can accommodate a group of 8 up to 25 people.
Knus is a multi story experience awaiting to make your night whatever you want it to be.
