The Toren Hotel Amsterdam

The Toren Hotel Amsterdam outsideThis small hotel takes its name from its owners - Dutch hotelier family De Toren. At present, Eric De Toren leads the place. At the same time “de toren” means in Dutch “the tower” and corresponds with high, beautiful tower of the Westerkerk which dominates the area and remains a timeless orientation point for the hotel’s guests.

Location

The Toren hotel main attraction is its central, but nevertheless quiet location at the beginning of Keizersgracht, one of the big canals forming the old centre of Amsterdam. Since the traffic in this part of the canal street is not very intense, the hotel is cozy and quiet, also at night.
